what did you do to make them HQ..did you convert them into a different format?

Actually, it was kind of the opposite. I had to convert them to a lower quality format to get them to upload to YT at first.
Then last night it occured to me that maybe the errors I was getting when trying to upload the HQ files were due to the amount of time it was taking to upload from home – up to 4 hours per video.
So I tried uploading using my faster connection at work and YT took them no problem.
These are .mov files and the vids that I posted at first were .m4v mobile video files.
